Meet Sunji Chowdhury

At Styled by Sunji, every celebration begins with heart, intention, and a deep love for bringing people together.

Our founder, Sunji, has always been drawn to people, connections, and celebration. What began as a love for décor slowly revealed something deeper. She found herself naturally stepping into planning—guiding timelines, organizing details, and holding space for others with ease. It wasn’t something she forced; it came instinctively.

Sunji holds a degree in psychology, which deeply informs how she moves through the world. She understands people, energy, and emotion—and knows how to read a room, support different personalities, and create environments where everyone feels seen, comfortable, and fully present. Paired with being the life of the party, she brings a rare ability to balance structure with joy.

Sunji is Bangladeshi and the daughter of two hardworking, sacrificial first-generation immigrant parents. She was raised in a home rich with culture, resilience, and ambition. Those roots shape her eye for detail, her appreciation for beauty, and her belief that gathering is both an art and a legacy.

Beyond her work, she is a devoted wife and proud mother of two beautiful boys. Family remains her foundation and greatest inspiration, shaping her leadership, adaptability, and belief in showing up wholeheartedly. These experiences inform how she approaches every event—with intention, care, and a focus on meaningful connection.

Because at the heart of it all, she believes the most beautiful moments are the ones that last. Sunji’s journey as an entrepreneur has been built through determination, will, and sacrifice. Each season has refined her, strengthened her vision, and affirmed that this path is exactly where she’s meant to be.
